Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! Most of my functional pieces (like mugs, plates, and bowls) are dishwasher and microwave safe. Any rare exceptions will be noted in the product description.

Decorative pieces, on the other hand, are strictly off-duty!

How long until I receive my order?

I ship all orders out on Saturdays. If you placed your order before then, it’ll be on its way that weekend and should arrive within a week (depending on where you live and how fast the mail is feeling).

It’s just me here handling everything by hand from clay to packaging so thanks in advance for your patience and understanding!

What if my item arrives broken?

I pack everything with great care, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to replace it or offer a refund.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because of the handmade nature of my products, I typically don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Can I order something to send as a gift?

Absolutely! I’m a great gift-wrapper and can even include a handwritten note if you’d like. Just send me a message with your order number and I’ll make it happen!
